About Fariha
Fariha Fairuz Chowdhury is a UX designer and digital product manager with over 9 years of experience in the field. Fariha earned her post-grad certificate in Interactive Media Management, specializing in UX design from Centennial College, Toronto. Her diverse experience spans across different organizations including United Nations (UN), Post-secondary institutions, international non-profits, and the Federal Government of Canada.
Fariha is highly skilled in Service Design, UX Research, UI design, branding, prototyping, usability testing, information architecture, content strategy, digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, and content audits. Fariha is an expert in crafting intuitive and delightful user experiences mobile applications and web-based software. With a passion for digital accessibility, she is a specialist in auditing and implementing accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.2 and AODA. Her approach is user-centric, and she believes that digital products should be inclusive.
Apart from her design work, Fariha is an excellent presenter and facilitator, frequently conducting workshops and training sessions on UX design. In her free time, Fariha creates digital art and photography.
